Coverite: Where the handover would have been

UX / UI DESIGN + WEB DEVELOPMENT

Coverite sells six: master planning, commercial architecture, interior design, construction, project management, and grants and funding support. The commercial argument for using them is precisely that you don't have to hand the job between six suppliers.

Which creates an awkward problem for a website. Present the six as a service list and you've described exactly what a client would get from six separate firms. The integration, which is the actual product, disappears into the layout.

The process carries the argument instead. The site publishes the full delivery path as ten numbered stages, from Project Discovery through to Ongoing Support, grouped under Discover, Design and Deliver. The seam a client is looking for is the one between design and construction, where a conventional job changes hands from the architect to the builder along with responsibility for anything that goes wrong. On Coverite's path, developed design, technical design and fixed final cost run into mobilisation without that transfer, and a client can see it.

Sector expertise then runs as a second axis across education, early learning, aged care and retirement living, commercial, development and hospitality, because a school board and an aged care operator are not evaluating the same thing.

Coverite delivers commercial construction across New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria, is ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 certified and OFSC accredited, and positions itself on fifty years of relationships from origins in a garage at Emu Plains.

The numbered presentation gives a prospective client two useful ways to read the process. They can understand the overall sequence through Discover, Design and Deliver, then examine the responsibilities described within an individual stage. A visitor who is still defining a project and one who is approaching construction can both find a relevant point of entry without reading every service description first.

The detail around Fixed Final Cost and Mobilisation is particularly useful. These adjacent stages connect pricing and timing with the preparations for work on site, making the transition visible within the same delivery story. For the website, that is a stronger explanation of integrated service than a broad promise about collaboration. It shows where the disciplines meet and what the next stage involves. Sector navigation then lets the reader place that process in the context of their own building, organisation and users.
