When the business moves on

Your website should make your business easier to understand.

As your business grows, your website can become a patchwork of added pages, services and products. Customers have to work harder to understand what you do and where to go next.

01

Your offering has grown. Your website structure hasn’t kept up.

02

Important services and products are harder to find.

03

Customers reach dead ends instead of a clear next step.

Structure before styling

A clearer website starts with a clearer structure.

01

Understand your business

We look at your divisions, services, products and audiences to understand what the website needs to do. That gives the project a clear purpose before design begins.

02

Organise the customer journey

We map your content and customer journeys into a clearer structure. Customers can understand your offer, find relevant information and see where to go next.

03

Design and build with purpose

We apply design to the agreed structure and build with modular components on October CMS. Your team can manage everyday content as the business grows.

How much does a website cost?

Starting from $30,000, depending on scope. Larger custom developments are quoted individually. Audiences, product and service structure, content migration and integrations all influence the scope.

How long does it take?

Typically 12–24 weeks, depending on scope and project requirements. This includes discovery and architecture, design, development, content migration and testing. Content and approval turnaround can affect the timeline.

What does the process involve?

We start by understanding your business, audiences and content. We then organise the sitemap and customer journeys before moving into design, development, content migration and testing.

What platform do you build on?

We build on October CMS, an open source platform on the Laravel framework. Modular components are designed around your business and make routine content publishing easier for your team.

How do you approach existing Google rankings?

Our SEO migration process includes redirect mapping, preserving relevant structure and post-launch monitoring. Rankings can change as Google recrawls a replacement website.

Can we make changes ourselves after launch?

Yes. Your team can use modular components to create pages and sections, update content and change images. Structural changes still come to Zimple.

What happens after launch?

Our existing website process includes a three-month warranty on what we build. Ongoing support is available through a separate agreement or ad hoc work.
