Always eager to push himself professionally and personally, he leads through demonstration, empathy and understanding, rather than simply acquiring a leadership role. Aside from always being motivated to support company culture and a positive working environment, he’s especially eager for Christmas parties, and you can catch him organising them from May.

Blake’s energy and passion injects a new level of enthusiasm into all client dealings. He has a talent for making complicated topics sound clear and easy, and is great at breaking down barriers in new client engagement. There is no denying his ability to create strong, lasting and genuine connections with people, and that is his true super power as a BDM. He is often the vital thread between our digital services and our client relationships, making sure everyone in the room is heard and understood. He is dedicated to delivering a personable experience to all clients, and staff, from beginning to end.

Kind, composed and passionate about what she does, Renee is a quiet achiever with mighty determination. Solutions-focused and eager to ensure clients are consistently aligned with the processes, she has a knack for quickly solving issues and rolling up her sleeves to do so. Renee's personal approach to all areas of life, professional and personal, means she has a consistently solid relationship with those around her. No question is ever too silly for her answer, or find the answer, and no problem is too big to solve. Just expect that, without fail, you’ll smell burning bread every lunchtime when she forgets her sandwich is in the press.

Asset Account Director

Tim is able to focus on any given task, in seemingly impenetrable fashion, only to suddenly quip a quick wit response to a conversation behind him, without skipping a beat. While he thrives in collaborative environments, he also creates them, nurturing the ability for everyone to bring their best to a table, with great enthusiasm. Dedicated and committed to the process, even if he has to put out fires with his bare hands along the way, he can adapt any hurdle to realign it with the strategised purpose and leads the way. Experienced in managing creative and studio teams in agency and client side, print, content, video and digital production, he's an asset to the Zimple team.

Glenn is an absolute digital marketing Master of the Craft. He is uncompromising on ensuring a ‘why’ exists in every onboarded strategy, and is dedicated to delivering on promises, without exception. He has also become somewhat of a life oracle for the team, with a consistent track record in sage advice and incredible understanding of human behaviour. While he has a wealth of experience in the field, both as a business owner and an SEO/SEM expert, it is his real-time knowledge of the digital landscape that makes him a favourite both at Zimple and to every client we work with. (‘We’d like Glenn in the meeting’ is a request we hear a lot!).

When you hear people say a person ‘lights up a room’, Ana is a reference point. Not literally, of course, that would be an indictable offence. She does brighten it though; through her profession-leading talent in UX design, to her unique laugh and even more unique sense of humour. Her creative process dives deeper than just creating pretty web pages (though, they all are), and ensures clients’ digital design is crafted from a user-first perspective (and, therefore, bottom-line results). Passionate about every project, her attitude and thoughtful approach ensures no detail is missed and every client feels proud of their digital presence. She’s also the Queen of Snacks, with an endless supply to feed us through deadlines.

He’s always available to answer technical questions in a clear way to those a little less technical-minded and will provide effective alternative avenues quickly when required. Highly skilled with code and a talented developer, he has a thoughtful and thorough approach to all projects, right down to the last detail. Also, you really want this guy on your trivia team. And no you can’t have him.

Incredibly reliable, it’s not just his astute intellect and work ethic we can count on, but also hilariously specific one-liners, musings on his cat and desire to be wearing a winter robe at all times. (He doesn’t, but he’d like to petition the council for the right to).

His hybrid of left brain and right brain thinking, teamed with a desire to seek truth on any given issue, gives him a social and professional edge that can’t be replicated. Although he is the office coffee connoisseur, he manages to be an extremely calm team presence.

We really can’t start this without first the special mention of Finn’s workstation...the office’s aesthetic pinnacle, making us mere mortals blush in comparison with his carefully curated arrangement of plants, decorative ceramics and even wholesome fresh fruit bowls. Added bonus, though, he’s incredible at what he does. Finn immerses himself in research, consistently unearthing new insights, applying design intelligence and is always armed with his rich background in illustration and UX/UI. Finn is devoted to melding form and function seamlessly, blowing clients away with clever concepts and a knack for easily explaining complex ideas and design.

Danny is our master in Search Engine Optimisation, possessing over a decade of success in both local and international landscapes. His journey, brimming with insights, provides Zimple clients with unmatched organic search strategies…and if you’ve ever had a peak of his perfectly crafted spreadsheets, it’s easy to see why! Outside of strategizing, Danny can often be found at home unwinding down on his PlayStation, or more commonly, found participating in a game of chase with his energetic border collie (whether he likes it or not). His profound knowledge, gained through countless SEO projects, promises transformative and leading results for all of our clients.
